Your welfare is important to me and when you make an appointment I make a firm commitment to you as an individual. If you need to reschedule your appointment please let me know as far in advance as possible.
If notice of a requested change or cancellation is not provided in advance a fee is payable as follows:
- Within 48 hours of the appointment - 30% of the fee will be charged
- Within 24 hours - 70% of the fee will be charged
- Failure to attend without notice being provided in advance - 100% of the fee will be charged
It is important that you are fit for therapy when you arrive at your appointment. This includes not being incapacitated by drugs, alcohol or physical illnesses such as influenza. In such cases your appointment may be rescheduled on arrival and 70% of the fee will be charged.
