Bill Frost is a psychotherapist with specialisations in clinical hypnotherapy, neuro linguistic psychology / programming (NLP), biofeedback therapy and eye movement desensitisation and reprogramming (EMDR). He is also a clinical hypnotherapy lecturer working with the London College of Clinical Communications Hypnosis (LSCCH) and is a researcher in the modern field of technology-enhanced psychotherapy working with NeuroInnovations.
Prior to training to become a psychotherapist he was a manager in the fields of business change management and information technology. His accomplishments include recovery from spinal surgery and subsequently hiking to the summit of Kilimanjaro, and the base camps of Annapurna and Everest in Nepal. He is also a former UN aid worker with experiences including working in the Balcans and Albania.
His approach to psychotherapy merges together the best aspects of hypnosis, NLP, EMDR and CBT in order to tailor the pschotherapy process to the individual and the nature of the issue being treated.
